Appointment Policy

Our clinic operates primarily by scheduled appointments to ensure that every pet receives the dedicated time and attention they deserve while reducing wait times.

We recommend scheduling your pet’s visit in advance by calling our clinic or booking conveniently through our online appointment system. After your visit, you’re welcome to schedule your pet’s next appointment during checkout.

If you’re unable to make your scheduled appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Early notice allows us to assist other pets in need of care.

Patient Arrival Policy

To ensure safety and comfort for all pets and clients, we ask that you follow these simple guidelines when visiting our clinic:
  • All dogs must be kept on a non-retractable or locked leash.
  • All cats should remain in secure carriers at all times.
  • If your pet has shown aggression or biting behavior, please use a muzzle for everyone’s safety.
  • If your pet may have a contagious condition, please call us before your visit so we can make proper arrangements to protect other pets and clients.

Drop-off Policy

For established clients, we offer a convenient drop-off option. Please call in advance to arrange drop-off times and discuss the check-out process. Once your pet has been examined, a member of our team will contact you to review findings and any recommended treatments.

To ensure safety, all pets must be current on vaccinations before drop-off. If you’re unsure about your pet’s vaccine status, our front desk team can review your records and confirm before your visit.
